ADMINISTRATION CLERK: SECURITY SUPPORT SERVICES

REF NO: CS 27/2021 R1

CENTRE : Department of Community Safety, Western Cape Government


REQUIREMENTS : Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification). Recommendation:
Relevant experience in an administrative environment; Working knowledge of
the following: Macros, data quality monitoring – validation, verification and
data/trend analysis; A valid code B (or higher) driving license. Competencies:
A good understanding of the following: Administrative processes; Public
service reporting; Government knowledge including information management
processes and Batho Pele principles; Skills in following: Proven computer
literacy in MS Office packages; Written and verbal communication; Conflict
resolution; Problem solving.


DUTIES : Provide support in the development and maintenance of an integrated safety
and security information and knowledge management system; Provide support
in respect of Human Resource Management; Institutionalize and maintain
electronic security information within the Chief Directorate; General support
services.
